Pudsey and Bramley Athletics Club: Success at Leeds Half Marathon

A busy few weeks have seen the Pudsey and Bramley Athletics Club seniors post some impressive results.

At the Leeds Half Marathon Neil Armitage came 13th in 1.16.45, followed by Shane Green 16th in 1.17.23, and Niall Bourke 25th in 1.18.53. and P&B also won the team prize.

On the fells at the Blackstone Edge race on 13/05/09 Danny Hope just missed out the win coming 2nd in 29.12. Then a massive turn out for the Club at the Jack Bloor Fell Race on 12/05/09 with Graham Pearce showing the way to win in 41.33. followed by Matt Lockyer 4th 43.14.

Steve Bottomley 8th 43.36. Al Powell 9th 43.41. Brian Stevenson 16th 45.01. Jon Aylward 22nd 45.29. Paul Sheard 26th 45.58. Neil Armitage 31st 46.30. Charlie Mcintosh 48th 48.05. Alex Jones 51st 49.11.

Martyn Finn 78th 51.30. Martin Landells 85th 52.17. Andrew Birkinshaw 90th 52.38. and Stuart Locking 117th 55.40.

* Pudsey and Bramley train from Priesthorpe School Tuesday and Thursday evening from 6.30pm onwards all runners welcome.
