As a member of Pudsey Pacers Running Club, 23-year-old Stuart Walker is used to running long distances.
But the engineer is planning to complete his toughest challenge yet... travelling the entire length of the British Isles using only muscle power.

His message reads: "It may not be an expedition to the ends of the earth, but the venture brings its own very real challenges."
Stuart said: "It's great to have Sir Ranulph's support because he's a big hero of mine and an inspiration to me.
"I'm keen on distance running, but always just do it for pleasure, so I thought why not give myself a real challenge."
Stuart will set off in a sea kayak from the Isles of Scilly, off the coast of Cornwall, on June 22.
He will then spend four weeks paddling, running, cycling, swimming and finally rowing his way up to Shetland Isles.
The buildings engineer, who works at the Leeds office of AECOM, is hoping to raise at least £10,000 for Avert Aids, Water For Kids and the NSPCC.
