Busy times for Pudsey and Bramley Athletics Club

Busy times at the moment for the Pudsey and Bramley athletes with plenty of races to get some good results in.

At the Buckden Pike Fell Race, Steve Bottomley was 4th in 37.22. and Neil Armitage 16th 39.57.

At the Tebay Fell Race Pudsey were the Team winners on the day in this British and English Fell running Championships race , with Rob Hope a fine 4th in 1.10.07. Danny Hope 6th 1.11.52. John Heneghan 7th 1.12.03. Graham Pearce 17th 1.14.26. Nick Leigh 22nd 1.16.23.

Brian Stevenson 65th 1.23.46. and Alex Jones 110th 1.28.56. Pudsey look well on target now to claim the British Fell Running team Championship with this performance.

Closer to home at the Eldwick Gala race on 27th June Graham Pearce was 1st back in 17.26. Steve Bottomley 2nd 18.50. Boff Whalley 21st 21.07. Stuart Locking 29th 21.59. and Steve Locking 107th 33.21.

Pudsey and Bramley Athletics Club train from Priesthorpe School Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6.30pm onwards.
