They looked at the impressive floral displays in the town centre before looking at the allotments at The Crimbles and Pudsey Park.
There was an enthusiastic contribution from the children at Pudsey Lowtown School.

A spokeswoman for the group said: "Pudsey In Bloom would like to thank everyone who contributed to making Pudsey look its best, especially our sponsors. who year on year have hanging baskets on their premises.

"We would also like to thank Pudsey Library for kindly let us meet up there for a very welcome cup of tea when the judging was over."

The results will come out in September but if anyone is interested in joining the group visit: www.pudseyinbloom.co.uk for further details

Their next meeting will be on September 11 at Pudsey Leisure Centre.
