Shiver me timbers, me hearties! These Pudsey children weren't afraid to walk the plank when they went back in time.
The pupils, from Lowtown School took part in a pirate party at Armley Mills while some of the others dressed in Victorian clothing and even did their lessons on slates as they learned about life in the past.

"They sang and made up sea shanties, designed and made treasure chests, flags, telescopes, pieces of eight and wrote brilliant adventure stories".
