The conservation area provides a habitat for local wildlife and an outside classroom for the children to learn from first hand experiences.

The area includes seating for the children, a pond with dipping platform, a bird hide alongside a wildflower area and log piles to encourage the wildlife to visit.

Jonathan Kite, school superintendent said: "They worked really hard and did an amazing job, helping transform the area into a safe and suitable learning environment for the children."
