PUPILS at a Fulneck school got into character and dressed up for National Children's Book Week.
Fulneck Junior School pupils Harry Hanson and Ryan Watt, both from Year 6 came dressed as Mr Twit, from the popular Roald Dahl book, The Twits.

Harry said: "I wanted to choose a Roald Dahl character because I think he is one of the greatest ever children's writers. His books transport me to a different world and 'The Twits' is my favourite book of all time!"

Headteacher Adrian Boyer said: "National Children's Book Week is a fantastic opportunity to get all children reading and excited about books."
