Pudsey 2005 win Leeds & District Sunday Trophy

Pudsey 2005 finally got their hands on some silverware in front of a large following at Bracken Edge.

The match was taken to Extra Time,even though Pudsey had several chances to seal it in normal time.

Both goals came from leading scorer David Thornton,in an all round team display.

Special mentions must go to goalkeeper for the evening Danny Budge, Chris Heaton, and man-of-the-match Andrew Davenport.

The team are now concentrating on lifting the Division 1 title with 3pts required from three games.
