Always likely to be a difficult task at hand, however the young emerging Pudsey side have lots of spirit and teamwork throughout.

Through some lapse defending on the right hand side of defense Halton Moor were gifted there opening goal, then shortly afterwards, a mix up between defender and goalkeeper allowed the moor striker to rise and head home, Pudsey then weathered the storm and entered the half time interval 2-0 down, it could have been more with a controversial goal disallowed just before the break.

Pudsey rallied at half time and improvements were evident throughout the side, with 15 mins left to play Pudsey got a deserved goal for their efforts, Ashley Forber striking home with confidence. Moor lifted a gear to seal this cup tie 3-1.

Pudsey's man-of-the-match was awarded to Ben Simpson, with good performances from Luke Spencer, Darren Doddsworth.

Next week Pudsey are again in cup action, this time it is District Cup Rd2 where they travel to Rothwell Town.
