Rob Butler, of the choir, said: “We’re keen to encourage more men to try singing with us and enjoy the buzz of singing in a group. For those that are keen to join the choir, there is the chance to take part in our year of celebrations including a performance in Leeds Town Hall with The White Rosettes and Rothwell Temperance Band this September”.
The choir has been under the direction of celebrated composer and choral conductor Tim Knight for two years.
“We’ve got a track record of encouraging men of all ages and backgrounds to try singing with us and developing them into fine group of singers” said Mr Knight.
