BUDDING family historians from as far afield as Southampton and Carlisle flocked to a special family history exhibition to trace their roots.
Volunteers from family history societies across Yorkshire were on hand at Pudsey Civic Hall to offer free help and support to people as they delved into their backgrounds.
There were more than 80 tables lined with books, computers, parish registers and maps to assist the search.
Organisers Anne Griffin and Jackie Depelle were delighted at how successful the fair was.
